Exited tech founder. Built and scaled an ecommerce platform past CHF 100M in revenue. More than a decade growing tech-enabled companies across Europe — leading teams of 100+, managing multi-unit operations, and driving M&A. My strength lies in creating clarity: building operating models, workflows, and playbooks that reduce complexity and enable teams to perform at their best.
Today
I design human-centered operating systems that integrate AI agents, automation, and intelligent decision flows. I partner with founders and leadership teams to move from scattered processes to coherent structures that support scale and accountability.
Beyond the day job
I continue to build and launch ventures — especially in children's digital wellbeing — collaborating with researchers, educators and parents to shape safer and more meaningful digital environments. As a board member at capacity.eco I support a moonshot mission for biodiversity. My climate studies at ETH Zürich deepened my systems-level perspective on long-term resilience and planetary impact.

Capacity is the world's first nonprofit venture builder dedicated to biodiversity and ecosystem protection. Supported by a network of 300+ biodiversity leaders, we launch #MoonshotMissions that combine frontier technology — like satellite-based AI — with frontline communities to protect critical ecosystems. The first mission, 'The Shield', enables Indigenous communities to defend their territories using the latest tech and best practices.
